Jeff Mentel, PT, MPT
Originally from the New Orleans area, Jeff moved to Eunice as a child where he grew up, graduating from Eunice High School in 1992. He joined the U.S. Army, served from 1992-1996 as a psychological operations specialist, Czechoslovakian linguist and paratrooper. Afterwards, he came back home to Eunice where he received an Associate of Science Degree from LSU-Eunice, followed by a Bachelor’s Degree in Biological Sciences from LSU Baton Rouge, and finally a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from LSU-HSC in Shreveport. He bought Scott Physical Therapy in April of 2014.
Since starting to practice in 2003, Jeff has obtained extensive continued training in spine care, general and specialized orthopedic/musculoskeletal impairments, neurological conditions, dry needling and cupping, lymphedema, workers compensation, balance and vestibular dysfunctions, and others areas, and was awarded a Certified Clinical Instructor credential, with which he is able to train students in physical therapy school, undergraduate and high school in the clinical setting.
Dr. Ashley Ardoin, PT, DPT, OCS, RYT-200
Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy
Ashley raised in Carencro, Louisiana. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from ULL in 2016 and Doctorate of Physical Therapy from LSUHSC-Shreveport in 2019. She became certified to perform Dry Needling in 2019. She is also interested in continuing education courses to enhance her knowledge and skills in manual therapy and pelvic health. Ashley found her love for instructing group fitness classes in college. In 2020, she completed her 200- hour yoga teacher training. She instructs community classes at the clinic with the goal of providing an inclusive class where beginners and those recovering from injury can participate and find what feels good for their body. In 2022, she became a board-certified clinical specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy.
Dr. Bradley Katt, PT, DPT
Dr. Bradley Katt, PT, DPT was born and raised in Sacramento, CA. After several years of playing junior college basketball, he made the journey out to Southern Louisiana. He graduated from University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences at Austin with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2022. Bradley has a diverse background and passion for sports with basketball, baseball, and football. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family, taking spontaneous trips, exercising, concerts/comedy shows, and being a sports fanatic. Bradley’s professional goals include becoming certified in dry needling and spinal manipulation as well as enhancing knowledge and skills in manual therapy with hopes of obtaining his COMT.
